Reiss started his training at 16, attending Westminster Kingsway College (Kings Cross, London) where he gained a BTEC Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance. After Reiss was accepted into the prestigious Urdang Academy, training for 3 years and graduating in 2013 with a BA (hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance Performance. During his time at Urdang, Reiss performed with the college at various events including MOVE IT!

Since graduating and leaving Urdang, Reiss has performed across many platforms, on TV, film and stage; credits including dancing on ‘Streetdance 3D’, Disney’s live action ‘Cinderella’ and 4x Olivier Award winning West End musical ‘In the Heights’. Reiss has performed in numerous pantomimes across the UK and was a semi-finalist on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’in 2012 with dance group, Four Corners Dance Company. Reiss has recently started training with renown Hip Hop theatre dance company, ‘BirdGang Dance Company’.

Over the last couple years, Reiss has been focusing on teaching and spreading what knowledge he has obtained over years of performing, most recently becoming Head of Dance for Razzamataz Theatre Schools Sutton Coldfield. Reiss has taught workshops across the UK to students of various ages as well as having guest taught at numerous schools including Urdang, Leicester College of Performing Arts, The Arden Theatre School and The Brighton Academy. Reiss recently became Dance Lecturer in Urban and Jazz at Westminster Kingsway College, London.
