About the event
MY BOY CAN are looking for male dancers who would like to help us raise awareness of the stigmas boys face for choosing to dance. We would like to create opportunities for children to meet male dancers and learn what it is to dance and to become a dancer. We are hoping by providing more children with role models of male dancers, we will be able to help improve the negative attitudes that can exist towards boys who dance and help more boys engage in dance.Â
If you would like to help us and teach at workshops or visit schools for talks- please get in touch. Our projects are across the UK and we are looking for all males who believe dance is for everyone to enjoy.
